Rental Agreement

1. Your rental fee includes maintenance of the instruments. The maintenance service is only applicable to services that are required to keep the instrument at the best performing state. We will perform services when instrument is damaged beyond renter's control such as weather, humidity and other natural factors. All damages occurred by renter's negligence, will not be covered by maintenance service.

2. 100% of your rental fees can be applied toward purchase of the very same instrument which you have rented.

3. The maintenance does not cover for the expendable supplies such as strings, bows, cases and any other similar accessories.

4. If the instrument is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair in our opinion, the customer will be responsible for 70% of the full value of the instrument. In these unfortunate circumstances, 100% of your rental fee will be applied towards 70% of the full value of the instrument which you owe.

5. If payment is not received for 7 days after the due date, renter will be charged $10 late fee and your instrument will be renewed every month at a monthly rate. Please see price list above.

6. Renter must notify us, if any of their information has changed since rental date such as address, telephone number and/or credit card information.

7. Renter must present a credit card when renting an instrument. In order for us to accept credit card, it must have more than 18 months to expiration date from date of the renting.
